Kelly is an impactful team member who has produced a diverse professional portfolio over the past 25 years, exemplifying success, substantial involvement, and strong direction in everything she takes on. Prior to joining Allen Architectural Metals, Kelly worked in the federal, private, and non-profit sectors of historic preservation with a focus on project planning, management, and delivery.

In addition to her business development role, Kelly serves as AAM's Integrator for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). In this capacity, she provides oversight and accountability for the organization, with the executive team reporting directly to her office.

Kelly is a connector, motivated by strategic and critical thinking that leads to problem-solving, efficiency, and success. She spends a lot of time on the road for work and pleasure, resides in Denver, CO, and feels most at home on the golf course or supporting live music and the arts.
