4th Avenue Window Restoration
111 Fourth Avenue (once known as the International Tailoring Company Building) is a historically significant, pre-war, industrial loft conversion, developed by Teitelbaum Holdings Inc., and designed by Warner, Burns & Lunde. The residential conversion created 11 different units on each floor, all with 13’ 6” ceilings and 10-ft. high windows.
AAM took on the restoration of 10-foot-high windows in two of the residences. This involved restoring the galvanized steel metal frames and sills, the weights and window chains, and total replacement/glazing of the window glass.
