AAM performed the removal of the historical fire escape. All components for restoration were shipped to Alabama fabrication shop for restoration to begin. Lead Abatement of all remaining components on-site and prime painting of all remaining components on-site. AAM will be fully restoring the historical fire escape in Alabama. Prime coat all components and railing sections. AAM will ship all restored railing sections to the Carnegie Project site for re-installation of historic fire escape elements. AAM will be working with the Local 580 GROUP for installation of fire escape.

AAM will be performing the abatement, repairs/restoration, and prime painting of the (2) Historic Juliette balconies to be performed all “in-situ” by AAM and subcontractors
